Well, if Natal does launch for $50 it would be about the price of a controller, which seems like a price more people would be willing to pay for... a controller. That's what it is, if it was something ridiculous like $150, like a decent fightstick, then it might end up selling like one (one that's heavily marketed). He may actually be right on that one but I'd put it a little higher.
As for the bestselling game. It's NSMBW, no contest. Halo Reach won't sell 8-9 million this year. It could do that life time, but it certainly won't outdo Halo 3, with it's $200 million ad campaign and more years on the market.
