PS3 finally has some momentum. Will it beat X360 this week or not isn't important. It's close enough to stay in the holiday run. It already passed pretty popular prediction of 6,5 million as for years end. This and next week should be even more successful. In eastern Europe we have Santa Claus on 6th December it should generate some boost (mostly software though - personally I'm getting Uncharted). In Japan GT will keep the current pace through the whole December.
8 million seems about right. Since January 1st things will only look better and better. The engine is working. Finally.
