In fact it's a pre-prequel, because the events of Heavy Rain occur well before the events of Halo: Reach. So, in reality Halo: Reach is not a prequel to Halo: Combat Evolved, rather it is the sequel to Heavy Rain. What does this tell us? Halo: Reach is gonna port to PS3, and then all subsequent Halo games will be multiplat with primary development on the PS3 / PS4. It's the only possible conclusion, otherwise why have the definitive Halo prequel exclusive to PS3? This is also confirmed because, as reported by VGC news today, Sony people have already said that there will never, ever be any more exclusives starting from today (it must be true because it's on the internet).
