The reason 3rd party sales don't enjoy Nintendo level sales is because third party games aren't Nintendo-game quality. What the fuck did they expect? I mean seriously now, Deadly Creautres and De Blob were interesting, but were they even mildly close to Mario or Metroid? Hell no, of course they won't sell well. Maybe he means that the HD twins have a larger audience oblivious to mediocrity.
