Just like when MadWorld came out most Wii fans after the first week or two say " its going to have legs" It didn't make the top 50 and fell off the grid. Japanese game sales are nearly always more front loaded than in other regions, it's not a reflection on the game or the system, rather the industry there. Besides, MH3 name me a few other console games that sold a million in Japan this generation.
