THQ says core audience isn't on Wii, de Blob 2 multiplatform and more

Deadly Creatures was average at best and pushed out with zero fanfare. It'd have bombed on the HD twins too, as have plenty of "core" THQ games (Conan, Stuntman, Baja, Destroy All Humans, MX vs ATV, 50 Cent, etc).

de Blob 2 going multi is good thing imo, it was a solid success and deserves a wider release. Wii's also getting THQ's new cash cow (UFC 2010) so it's not all bad. Still, I'm surprised they blanket killed all their "core" Wii titles (Saints Row, RedFaction Beast, God Game, Stuntman Demolition), they really haven't given this sort of market even a chance on Wii yet. Usual 3rd party hubris...
