Can't believe the DS is goingto take out the PS2

Its not.....hell even I rebought my ps2 after my first had the DRE.

lol, well bad luck...I remember when I had my PS2 at launch, I had no problems...and I had several PS2 but this is because my PS2 were stolen, well, I live in Mexico so no surprise my PS2s were stolen :P but not problems at all. I might have been lucky...Maybe?

But I don't think that the disc read error was such a great problem if you compare it with the RRoD, right?

Well, I think I'm wrong.

Compared to major malfunctions in gaming(in recent memory) it would come as second right behind the RRod........sony's reluctancy to give a warrenty(to the point where they were being charged in court) made it all the worse.

I wasn't aware about it, I feel like a complete idiot now, lol.
