As far as I know, the advantages of the Wii version are the use of the Wiimote in the game (the Wiimote is used as the flashlight and also as the cell phone speaker) and the graphics. Also there is the matter of playing a survival horror game on a small screen versus on a big screen... Personally I feel that just using the Wiimote as the flashlight + cell phone is worth the extra $20, and so even if I had a choice I would still go for the WIi version .
It's a very different game, but if you had the choice of a RE4 Wii for $50 or a RE4 PSP (with exactly the same gameplay as the WIi version but no Wiimote control obviously) for $30, which would you go for? It's the controls that make the difference.
