i recently 100%ed it, i got all the star coins, got all cannons, all secret exits and all 99 lives for all four characters(not that hard) and 99 all items - very hard cuz i'm unlucky :(
the only thing i don't think i will do is get 99 million points, i just don't think it'll be any fun. getting every star coin was fun for me though
