I don't think that this has been posted yet, so here's a link to an analysis by Digital Foundry.

For the gist of the article:
- Halo: Reach is running at 30 FPS.
- Decent motion blur.
- Lots more post processing than Halo 3.
- 2 clips where FPS dip to 20. One cutscene, one gamelay.
- Screen tearing in one clip.
- 1152x720 resolution.
- No AA.

It's important to remember that Halo: Reach is still in alpha, and thus has a lot of work ahead of it. God of War 3 initially didn't look that great IMO, but the latest screenshots have impressed me. There's plenty of time for Bungie to optimize/improve their engine, and improve their art assets before release.

It's also important to remember that Guerilla Games and Bungie have very different design goals with their engine, and it will probably be difficult to say objectively which game looks better. The only objective measurement of graphics I can think of are technical features, and they look to be focusing on different aspects. I have no doubt in my mind that Halo: Reach will run at a rock solid 30 FPS at release, even in splitscreen.  It also looks like it'll have more than double the NPCs that Killzone 2 has (I think the largest Killzone 2 battles had 20-25 NPCs, but I could be wrong).  It'll be interesting to see what, if any, sacrifices they have to make in order to achieve that.
