Is PSP dying outside of Japan?

I'm really curious how Peace Walker will perform.  KojiPro's been billing it as the next "real" MGS sequel (even over Rising), so I wonder if they're also expecting "real" MGS level sales?  

I think it might match MGS4 in Japan actually.

I think it would end with 550K-600K. I could be viewed as good or bad depending on the point of view.
