No way dude, KZ2 looks a little better but it is not a generation ahead or whatever of Halo: Reach which is still in alpha. I predict that the end product of Halo Reach will be slightly inferior but with alot more things going on at once on screen. Also I own KZ2 and do not own any Halo game(Reach might be the first keeper...maybe) so take that however you will.
