What Nintendo game do you consider the most superior in quality

The average quality of the Zelda series it's the highest in the the industry still, the games that impressed me the most were Mario64,Super Metroid,Metroid Prime (the first) those games are superb in every aspect of game production, even SSB Melee it's one of my favourites but it has some minor flaws in my opinion
