- Party system and matchmaking - The lack of a party system was a huge oversight that really hurt the game. It was a pain to get in a game with friends and if you had more than 3 friends than you're SOL.
- More weapons - Need a bigger variety of weapons. Weapon attachments would be cool too.
- Less weighty controls. I know a lot of the hardcore KZ2 fans want them to keep the sluggish controls but among the overall gaming population they are in the minority. I'd like something similar to the BFBC2 controls if they insist on keeping some sense of weight.
- Better ranking system. After you unlock the sniper at 2800 xp pts or whatever, there wasn't much incentive to rank up any higher. For most players it took less than 24 hours to reach that point.
- More classes and badges.
- More variety in environments and some non-symmetrical maps
- Co-op single player campaign and a separate co-op mode
- Local split screen multiplayer

Non-symmetrical maps can be hard to balance. Jus t look at Blood Gracht. The ISA have a significant advantage on the map. The Helghast generally get stuck on the crosswalks while leaving their base, and the ISA just camp around there shooting fish in a barrel. It's the worst choke point in the game, and it gives the ISA complete control over the rest of the objectives.
