That's like saying Phoenix Wright is a waste of time because you're a lawyer, or Roller Coaster Tycoon is a waste of time because all you do is manage a theme park. Trauma Centre is different because it is very tense and makes you feel like you have a life in your hands. With the Wii (or DS), you are physicall interacting with the medical tools, so it feels absolutely amazing when you help the victim pull through in a tough operation.
