We want to make something that will be wanted even by the more hardcore game players, and something that offers new ideas.

im not sure of the meaning of this. does it mean its a casual type game that he wants the hardcore to enjoy too, in essence, a bridge game. or is it a game aimed at the very hardcore?

something that Nintendo could not do on its own."

does mean something risky? something mature? something heavily story focused?

and if its not a single game is it gunna be a causal focused series like touch generation but for wii? is it gunna be series focused at the core, different game sbut with the same philosophy. maybe itll be a seriews of wiiware titles.

im gunna predict this will be nintendo version of the create, share and play series

I disagree if you're expecting Little Big Planet.

Im expecting it not to be mentioned for another year. Since Sora's studio was only opened like a year ago, and Nintendo is used to keeping quite, i wouldnt expect anything.

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.
