Mario Kart: Double Dash, easily. Highly precise controls and an incredibly deep racing experience are only found in Double Dash and Mario Kart 64.
MKWii is too noob-friendly, DS made snaking so easy a monkey could do it, Super Mario Kart only had one worthwhile character, and I never played Super Circuit.
MKWii ruined my obsession with Mario Kart, sorta like Brawl ruined my obsession with Smash Bros.
