Microsoft isn't bullying Sony at all. If you want bullying look at what Sony did to Sega during the PS1/Saturn days. They secured Tomb Raider 2 exclusively on PS1 in order to kick the Saturn while it was already down far worse than any position the PS3 was in this generation.
If Microsoft truly wanted to bully Sony they could go on a buying spree and buy up third parties with the most popular franchises. For example they could easily buy Take Two given its current situation or even go after EA or Activision.
