The 360 and PS3 actually sell software. Even when the PSP's hardware sales were higher. You almost never see a PSP title make the NPD Top 10 for the month.

It´s about the situation as a whole for PSP. Softwaresales are as bad as they have ever been for the console but the new bad situation for PSP is that hardwaresales are down. PSP has always sold bad softwarewise but it used to sell quite solid hardwarewise which now isn´t the case anymore. This could in the worst case lead to retail shops stop selling the console which would really be the start of the demise for PSP. Or at least resulting in PSP getting smaller space in retailshops.
