Been avoiding this thread until I beat the game, but I finally beat it last night!

My only regret is getting with Thane instead of Garrus. I made Garrus all happy the hilarious awkward scene of Garrus and Shepard planning it and then turned him down for Thane because I wanted to hear more about Sidha. Turns out Thane's scene was boring and later looked at Garrus' on YouTube and it got even better. Stupid boring Thane.

Oh well, end of the game was awesome and everyone survived except poor poor Yeomen. Both Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2 ended with a giant hoorah and did not disappoint in any way at all even though I didn't like the final boss in either (too hard to hit in this one and I had the worthless ice heavy weapon for that fight).

And as an added bonus, I got like 400 GS points which finally pushed me over 10k points. ^^

Can't wait to play through the game again this time on Paragon.

I let the Illusive Man have the reaper ship so I guess that was a squadron of "reapers" the humans built at the end?  I'm not sure how I feel about that and wonder what it will do to the next game...

SPOILER

You can save Yeoman Kelly Chambers, you have to go the Omega 4 Relay almost right away. If you do more than one side mission she dies. The longer you take to hit the relay the more crewmen die. Eventually the only person left will be Dr. Chakwas. She get's more and more pissed at you the longer you take to get there.

The legion of Reapers you saw were the Reaper fleet heading towards the galaxy from Dark Space. From what I can tell, Harbinger was just a Reaper in charge of the collectors. Before you destroy the base, he relinquishes control over the Collector General. So the Reapers know what Shepards been up to and they are heading to the Milky Way the old fashion way via FTL spaceflight.
