Ok then explain to me how they could sell 4-5MILLION Wiis in the U.S in December, and can't sell 500K Wii's in the U.S?

They are also DOWN 250K from last year, despite being $199..

they are undershipping, so are SONY, they sold over a million PS3's last month, and they couldnt do 300k?

Both consoles are completely sold out world wide, so yes they are similar. Both manufactures aren't shipping enough consoles to meet demand.

Can you post some source?

'cause personal bedroom guesses are made by everyone. Here's mine:

- Nintendo sold extremely well last Christmas, way above the competition, and now they don't have enough consoles and are marketing and exagerating that to say "we are still so famous we can't meet demand"

- As for Sony, there's no undershipping at all. It didn't sell more because there was no demand.

And just like you, I can't post sources to this because this is my personal guesses :)
