As much as I dislike it, twesterm is right. Parents are clueless. Grandparents even moreso.
Best way to go is to put games on the list and write out specifically what it's called and what system it's on. Word it as clearly and concisely as possible, possibly in spreadsheet format

Playstation 2 ---------- Barbie At the Beach
Nintendo Wii ----------- Horsez
It's the only way to guarantee you'll get those crappy games.
