Poor everybody that has to deal with that lame non-joke.  Can we just drop the lame seal thing already? It doesn't even make sense.

It's not a joke though (did you think it was supposed to be funny?), it's just a standard response to people posting Amazon and other online shop's rankings as though there was any worthwhile info to gain from them.

The only problem with this is gamestop.com best sellers is represented of thier in store sells as well meaning if games shows in the best selling chart then it doing well compare how things selling in stores and online that why your making a baby seal joke seems off especially since gamestop has over 30% Marketshare in video game sells...

Do you know how often it's updated, every week, every day, every hours? This is a big part of why Amazon best sellers can't really be used for anything, not because their marketshare is small but because the timeframe is too short. A game being the best selling in a given hour of a given day doesn't mean much, being the best selling in a given week though...
