Because its a product thats used by companies to make money. Its like when I buy a DVD for my home I'm going to get it for a lot cheaper then if I was a rental store who would pay for the right to rent it.
Not only that but these products are expensive to develop and are purchased mainly by corporations who have the money to buy mass licenses of them.
