I like black bars too, I was just wondering what other people though because some networks (TBS, Fox, ect) will take shows like Family Guy, Seinfeld, or whatever other show that's 4:3 and then stretch them but then sometimes Fox will show other 4:3 shows (King of the Hill) with black bars.
I also heard some people don't like black bars because they think it ruins their TV.
I just like my shows not being stretched.
