well cape of good hope isn't a building like the question stated.

all clues were there, all clues fit the answer perfectly

Isn't it a bit TOO farfetched to consider a Lighthouse as a reference of a FFXIII character?

It was never meant to reference a character, it was meant to have a part of their name in it

Cape of good hope

hope isn't a part of FF13' hope's name, it IS the name.

I know I am just telling you I never meant "reference", as then it would be too vague

however saying Lighthouse has a part of a FF13 characters name in it isn't vague at all since half of lightning is in the word lighthouse,
