Uh... Street Fighter 4, dude... Then there's Super Street Fighter 4 which is coming out in a few months...
Before that there was the EX series in the PSOne days which was also 3D sprites on a 2D plain.

No, Capcom would not produce a special SF for the Wii. If they release a SF for the Wii, it would be a port of SF4/SSF4. Capcom has said it themselves that it can be done rather easily and there's no advanced physics so they could keep the fps at 60 (which is crucial). However, if they WERE going to do that, they'd have announced it or at least hinted at it by now. As of this moment, there is nothing in the pipelines.
