Nintendo makes a hundred brazillion dollars on the DS. Making it a phone and selling apps for 5$ a piece which can be super easily pirated (Android is open source, open hardware. It's literally the easiest thing in the world to crack) would be the stupidest thing any company has ever done, ever.
Wii has more 20 million sellers than PS3 has 5 million sellers.
