Considering they have managed to create 200 GB discs and 100GB discs can be read by current players...I dont see the need to dump the format. Barring MGS, uncharted 2 and FF..no other title really takes full advantage of the space available right now- with all likelihood MS is gonna use Bluray for the 720.
Secondly, internet speeds are getting faster. BUT> alot of companies have fair use policies in place. So we have 100GB etc download limits marring the download experience.
I'd say the format will last another 5-8 yrs atleast(mainstream), unless holographic discs can bring digital quality cinema(4MP) home in a well priced move...
Doubt is not a pleasant condition, but certainty is absurd.

a. a AAA 3D sonic title
b. a nintendo developed game that has a "M rating"
c. redesgined PS controller
d. SEGA back in the console business
e. M$ out of the OS business
