Starfox, if it's like the N64 game (the single truly great Starfox imo). F-Zero would be sweet too, GX on the 'Cube was amazing. But I'd still prefer an arcade-style Starfox with insanely smooth gameplay and cheesy oneliners, like SF64. 
Oh, and no on-foot missions, please.
