Most sperm have enough trouble making it through the vagina and cervix, how on earth did they make it from this girl's upper abdomen, survive the journey through peritoneum and then go through the wall of the uterus?
I reckon they need to track down the Dad and test him for the x-gene and further study his super-sperm.
