is 360 price cut even relevant?

Losing WAY to much money ? They lose $18 one every ps3 now , But they are Probably making Profite off GAMES-software-Accessories

Come August-October they Could easily Cut it by $50 , SONY would have never launched the ps3 if they were not willing to lose money , That seems to make people feel Better lately , SONY CANNOT DO THAT ITS IMPOSSIBLE , The Real question is  WILL THEY , Not that they can't

last report was that sony was loosing 35 dollars for every ps3 shipped. which does not include the amount of money the retailer gets when they sell a console. so add 20 for that. they are loosing about 55 dollars for every ps3 sold to consumers. and if they cut there prices by 50 this year there gaming division wont see any profit this year, and up untill mid 2011 which is about the time a new console will be anounced.

NEW Report Says They are Only losing $18, Google it if you have not already seen it , They are getting the price of the ps3 down Every month ,  THEY CAN And if They WANT Will Cut the Price , We will have to wait and see .

okay i read the artice there loosing an average of 18 on every console. but that includes the 250 gig to. they also said they hope to cut production costs of ps3 by 15% by march 2011.so if the average cost to make a ps3 was 325. that would only bring the amount of money it cost to make a ps3 down to 275. and thats march 2011. do you seariusly think they will cut there prices this year. if they want to make fanicail sucide they might.

by that they shouldnt cut the ps3 by 50 dollars until at least september 2011.
