Yeah, but they just allowed those games on the DS. You can see a MS trademark list here. BD and LO are listed.

Well that was nice that Microsoft allowed Mistwalker to do that.

What's "nice" got to do with it.  I'm sure they made money per sale.  It's not like Microsoft has a handheld.
