I don't think there is really any point in going console multiplat once the game is already multiplat. If you can get the game on PC, everyone has access to it, as everyone got a PC these days. If not, that I can't really see you work around even the most basic stuff. For my school it's mandatory to have PC and internet access and that's daily studium.
ME won't even sell that many in others on Xbox, since a lot of ppl will get it on PC. Also saying that DA:O sold more on Xbox than PS3 could be the same reason, it sold more on PC than Xbox and PS3. I can speak for central europe, since Czech Rep, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland are under the same EA / BioWare office and Czech representation stated that in this region, PC version outsold both console versions of Dragon Age combined. I can imagine something similar for ME.
MY HYPE LIST: 1) Gran Turismo 5; 2) Civilization V; 3) Starcraft II; 4) The Last Guardian; 5) Metal Gear Solid: Rising
