For a 'national' consumer testing organisation, in Holland, and they are really thorough, the best 20/30 tv's are all Sony's and Phillips... followed by Panasonic Samsung and LG.

Need to subscribe to view them sadly enough. Highest number is a 7.4 for Philips 42PFL9803H/10
Best samsung is Samsung UE40B8000 with a 6.6... and no they haven't tested the new LED's yet i guess. But still, overall, they say LG and Samsung are in quality behind Sony and Phillips.
