I'm going to guess for the 360 since the PS3 has both Versus and Agito. Simply because Microsoft are trying to make the 360 more relevant in Japan.

I doubt it though, FFXIII is for PS3 only in Japan, it would be so odd if a spin off was on xbox 360 only
