They got way to big without the management to cope. Every studio's management is a ****ing joke, you only need to look at the constant delays to Mafia 2, Max Payne 3, Red Dead Redemption, Bioshock 1 / 2, L.A. Noire and GTAV*.
If the rumours about L.A.Noire are true then it's incredible what a mess they got into with that game, nasty storys coming from the San Diego / Mafia 2 studios too :/.
*I assume this is the unannounced AAA game delayed from 2010 to 2011.
