I agree that GT5 got too many development delays. To what extent are they going to be good or bad to the game, we have yet to see.
I think that PD need to rethink their strategy and adopt a similar one to the one you said about Blizzard, ID and Remedy, mainly because to avoid getting their fans with too much hope.
