First off and foremost, I'm definitely looking forward to the Zelda Wii reveal. It will be awesome! 
After that... Sega really needs to show us Project Needlemouse. Is this a title that I can really get behind? Or will it be another title that'll continue Sonic's funk? I mean, I'll buy it either way... but it's still nice to know these things. 
Other than that, looking forward to seeing more about Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Metroid: Other M. Natal has caught my interest as well, and hopefully we'll see some games that take advantage of the system.
And I'm always ready to be surprised, so hopefully we'll see some of those too.
