It means Nintendo have never lost money over a full fiscal year. (at least as far back as the 1980s when they joined the gaming industry)
I think someone mentioned once that they did have a small loss in 1 quarter of a fiscal year, but the other 3 quarters easily made up for it.

They lost money one quarter?  What the hell is wrong with them?
