Doubt it. Parts of the trailer looked 360/PS3 level realtime. My guess is Platinum doing it ground up for 360, Sega will handle a PS3 port.
Mikami's other project though (survival horror game with Grasshopper Manufacture, published by EA Partners) was already confirmed to be getting a Wii version though.
