Personally I think the suggestions for "GamerCore" or "GamerFeed" or anything generic involving games/gamers just seems to simple. Sites like IGN.com, 1up.com, Kotaku, etc are all well known gaming related sites without having anything generic or simple. They at least use a gaming acronym to make them sound more news official.
