yeah definetely.

Even summons for example, some are named after greek gods, then some after hindu gods & so on.

Bonus round on FFXIII

One of the guys thinks PS3 > 360 2:1 for FF13 sales

he also says itwill deliver & is amazing (he sounds like he's played it)

He also says xbox 360 version is on par with PS3 one

Pachter says GOW3 will sell more in March, not FFXIII (PS3 sales only)

Pachter doesn't understand why FF sells so much

that was me who said ps3 will be 2:1 on FF XIII sales lol but i'm not a guy and i haven't played it yet so nope it's not me. Just watched the video its Garnet Lee hehe

pachter is silly, he really doesn't know much about the game industry, he just guesses on the popularity of things from what people say around him, the trouble is the FF fan base is huge, so FF XIII is set to sell more than GOW III.

Edit: GOW III has a chance of outselling the x360 version of FF XIII tho, maybe

Pachter I dunno, he has had 15 years to analyze why FF is very popular in the west, if he hasn't realized yet, he won't ever realise it!

It's pretty easy to see a western analyst not understanding how a JRPG sells so much. I bet he also wonders why WRPG's don't sell as much in Japan too :P
