No. They are the same price.

The only thing that I could see helping it is the fact that a lot of people are buying Playstation 3 systems and need a cheap game to go with it. They know Dead Space is supposed to be a really good game and the sequel got announced so they are checking it out. With the sales on both consoles relatively low, it doesn't make it hard for the PS3 version to catch up with the 360 counterpart. 

Well yeah, I forgot to say that in general most multiplatform PS3 games have better (comparatively) legs than X360 for many reasons, and you named a couple. The sales of many PS3 multiplatforms are "catching up" so to speak.
