Metal Gear will probably die first. I think Kojima wants to move on at some point.
Marios, Final Fantasies, Zeldas, and Pokemanz aren't really related so they can and will go on forever.
The only ones with connected narratives that can actually end are Metroid and Metal Gear.
And out of those two, Metal Gear is the franchise that has its protagonist really old, and Kojima has said that he will no longer be the protagonist in any more canonical games. So Metal Gear is left with prequels and spin-offs, but it will probably still be around for a couple more games.
