I might get WKC International Edition because the Japanese Servers are different from the US ones but I have been playing the Japanese Normal since December 2008 and new EX Edition which is the bases for the International Version since October 2009 and can not what for WKC 2 this year. I am so used to the Japanese Vices that it would be strange to play it offline in English BTW it there is about 500+ houres of online play.
