We don't know who's getting moved around nor what projects are being cut.  For all we know they simply canceled some projects related to Sony's wands and are moving people from smaller projects to bigger projects or something.

i would have assumed it is the other way around, maybe they halted some projects to concentrate more on the Wand, after all Sony claims to come out with a strong software lineup for it.
