It's simple.
If Soriku, add one (+)
If Soriku, subtract one (-)
Mods can kill off one 1337 if they wish to as 1337 posts less isn't going to effect things. Each mod can only use this power once.
If Soriku reaches zero, it is removed from the list.
Vote once per hour MAX
