Get a 64 bit.
Almost 99 percent of everything is 64 bit compatible and the only difference you're going to notice is that things run faster once you get the ram in there. There is no special "computer skills" that make 64 different from 32 from a users standpoint. There is absolutely no reason to not get 64 bit.
