Being able to play pirated games is a strong sale pitch actually.. im even certain that its one of the big features to why the 360 is popular. Might be my shady group of friends or whatnot, but all 15 of those i know have a 360 have hacked it.
Hell, I even bought mine purely on the fact that you could play pirated games. I go PS3 for serious business and 360 for playing "average" multiplat games that i don't feel warrent a purchase.
